Reduce downtime
The MH series cone crusher has a two-way discharge hydraulic cylinder that allows the iron to pass through the crushing cavity, while many other manufacturers' crushers will be shut down because the iron stuck. Hydraulic cleaning of crushing cavity stroke is large and has nothing to do with lining wear. It can reduce the amount of work needed to remove the blockage materials in the crushing cavity and can quickly clear the cavity, thus shortening the stopping time and increasing the confidence of operators.
The hydraulic motor drives the fixing cone, which can accurately adjust the discharge port. The hydraulic motor can also make the fixing cone turn out the adjusting ring thread to replace the lining plate, which greatly simplifies the workload of replacing the lining plate.
To facilitate maintenance
The bronze bushing of MH series cone crusher can provide greater load capacity in the crushing environment with large vibration and lots of dust. And bronze bushing cost low, can use common tool to replace. All parts of MH series cone crusher can be disassembled and maintained from the top or side. Moving cone and fixed cone are easy to disassemble and install without dismantling the mounting frame and fastening bolts. Therefore, MH series cone crusher is more convenient to replace the lining board in daily life.
Easy to operate
The hydraulic motor can adjust the discharge port with load, and it is easy to adjust the crushing loop to achieve balanced production, so that the efficiency of the crusher can be optimized. If the crusher needs to be incorporated into the DCS distributed control system of the whole plant and the full-automatic control of solid line, it only needs to add a hydraulic motor position sensor system to track the discharge port of the crusher.
