The design idea of Series B is easy to install. Usually, two people can complete installation and debugging in two days. Because of the light weight of the equipment and the smallest transmission load in operation, the requirements for the foundation are also the lowest. It can be installed either on the original basis or on the supporting structure provided.
Series B has higher output, easier maintenance and lower operation cost under specific motor specifications. By improving the design of equipment, such as new hopper shape, changing basic crushing chamber and developing new rotor technology, many benefits have been brought. It can easily inspect all rotor parts and simplify the replacement procedure of wear parts, which greatly shortens the maintenance time.
Top hangers are designed to quickly and conveniently enter the internal workspace of Series B. This enables rapid replacement of the rotor and wear parts, and minimizes shutdown time while maximizing availability. The simple and reliable design of the top hanger is equivalent to the operation of a single person without the use of external cranes.
VSI crusher working Principle:
(1) Center Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enter into impeller through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in high-speed impeller, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When it hits impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.
(2) Ring Feeding:
Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is divided into two divisions by material-deciding plate. One enters into impeller through the center of material-deciding plate. The other falls down from outside of material-deciding plate. Material, which is thrown out by impeller at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-deciding plate.
