1) Big capacity, long service life
The crushing chamber is designed appropriately based on the particle distribution of raw ore, which ensure lower energy consumption because no slipping, jumping phenomenon when crush the hard big raw ores. Besides, the evenly wear (abrasion) of crushing cone liner and bowl liner ensure their higher utilization ratio and longer service life.
The sealing part of upper bearing is equipped with scrapers which are used for eliminating clay and dust. Besides, this sealing part adopts two layer design to prolong the service life of the bearing.
