The LS screens have numerous advan-tages. Among them are: maintenance friendliness, high capacity and com-pact design.

The horizontal LS screen series has been purpose-designed for classi-fication screening duties as well as for scalping ahead of a cone crusher in mining applications. These screens are available with 1, 2 or 3 decks but also with haLS decks as an option.

LS is an excellent choice where the height is limited by surrounding facilities, for the screening of small and short fractions and when heavy material is loaded on the screen.

The linear or elliptical stroke im-proves the screening. LS screens have a maximum feed size up to 300 mm and a separation range from 100-1 mm.

LS screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine's feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet repectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.

ADJUSTABILITY

The screen performance can easily be modified according to existing con-ditions by adjusting the following factors: screen angle (i.e. adjustable spring seats), stroke angle (i.e. move-able vibrating mechanism), stroke length, rotation speed (i.e. transmis-sion timing belt pulley) and the shape
of the stroke (i.e. from "thin" ellipse to linear).

MINING VERSION

The LS screens have been successfully used in heavy mining applications.
Apart from all standard delivery components, the mining version in-cludes among others: discharge/feed
box decks and sides with replaceable rubber liners, wear guard heavy duty deck protection, thicker rubber liner at the bottom of the feed box, etc.

LS-series horizontal screens, for accurate secondary screening and final sizing, as well as for scalping ahead of cone crushers in mining applications.
