Working Principle

HGT gyratory cone crusher for sale is mainly composed of beam, frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and hydraulic cylinder. Driven by the motor, the horizontal shaft starts to rotate which will further make the eccentric sleeve rotate under the assistance of gear. Next, the eccentric sleeve will drive moving cone to swing in a circular motion, so as to squeeze and crush rocks continuously.

By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder on the bottom of moving cone, the cone will move up and down to adjust the opening of discharge port so as to control the granularity of final products. Meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder has a protection function when iron block intrudes. If there are unbreakable materials such as iron block entering the crushing cavity, the hydraulic cone crusher will drop the moving cone to discharge iron block while the crushing continues.
